This is one of my "go to" correspondence inks, it looks great on Tomoe River paper or Clairefontaine Triomphe. This dusty burgundy has lovely shading properties and cleans out of the pen really well. When in use, you will typically find it in one of my pens that have a 1.1mm stub.

Shading: Very nice shading, especially when using wet nibs on ink resistant papers.
Bleed Through: Absorbant papers will exhibit bleed through. None on Rhodia.
Show Through: Absorbant papers will exhibit show through.
Saturation: Average saturation.
Water Resistance: Some water resistance but the pinky-burgundy component of the ink will spread and wash away leaving a purple grey residual. It is arguable whether the writing that is left behind is legible or simply a pink mess.
Drying Time: Slow drying, 25 seconds using an EF nib.
Flow: Average to slightly dry.
Cleaning: Easy to clean
Colour Make Up
As can be seen above, this ink is predominantly fuschia pink with an undertone of mauve grey. This mauve grey die also has some permanency which can be seen where the ink sample was placed on the wicking media.

I own this ink and would not hesitate to recommend it to others who like the colour and shading properties shown in this review. Since I use it on fountain pen friendly papers, I was surprised to see just how poorly it performed on the copy paper. If you are in an office environment where you do not have access to better quality paper, your experience with this ink would likely not be as enjoyable due to the significant bleed through it exhibits on these cheaper papers.
