Fancy Pens

Pens I LOVE To Use
My Pen Needs Ink
I have never tried a Faber-Castell pen but they always seem to get good reviews.

TWSBI ECO Fountain Pen Review
The Pen Addict - Brad Dowdy
I have yet to hear anyone say that the performance of this pen was anything but exemplary.

The Many Faces Of… M200 Green Marbled
The Pelikan's Perch
I have been enjoying my Pelikan so much recently that I'm seriously considering adding a second to my collection. I think I'm going to be spending some more time on Joshua's site in the next few months.

Eberhard Faber Microtomic vs Eberhard Faber Blackwing 602, MythBusters Edition: “Confirm” or “Bust?”
Pencil Revolution - Stephen Watts

Interesting Inks on Review

Montblanc Golden Yellow
Inkdependence!
I'm not sure how Pelikan Amethyst made it into the comparison inks but the rest of the swatches give you a very good sense of where this ink fits on the spectrum of yellow inks.

The cost of ink – what gives?
Calligraphy Nut
My experience is that most inks perform well when first loaded but the performance characteristics of the expensive ones are still good after a month in a pen while the Noodler's and Private Reserves can be temperamental.

Ink Sample Saturday: Bung Box Dandyism
The Gentleman Stationer
Not an ink that I would be going out of my way to acquire, especially at $40 a bottle.

Ink Review: Diamine Meadow
The Well-Appointed Desk
I have a 30 ml bottle of this which I have never used. I think that the April or May load out would be a suitable time to try such a nice bright green.
